Related to Central Clearing of Credit Default Swaps and Request for Comments (Release No. 34-59578; File No. S7-06-09) (the “Order”). Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CME Group Inc. (“CME Group”). CME Group Inc.’s Class A common stock is listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol “CME”. The financial statements of CME have been prepared solely for the purposes of complying with the Order and should not be used for purposes of making an investment decision in CME Group’s Class A common stock.
