Lynne Fitzpatrick has served as Senior Managing Director & Deputy Chief Financial Officer of CME Group since 2022. She previously served as Managing Director of Corporate Development and Treasurer of CME Group since 2017, leading the company’s business development, mergers and acquisitions, CME Ventures and corporate treasury functions. Since joining the company in 2006, Fitzpatrick has held a variety of positions with increasing levels of responsibility within the finance organization. Prior to CME Group she worked as an investment banker at Credit Suisse and UBS. She earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Brown University and an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.
