CME Group to Host Inaugural Global Financial Leadership Conference
CHICAGO, April 8, 2008, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/ -- CME Group, the world's largest and most diverse derivatives exchange, announced that it will host its inaugural Global Financial Leadership Conference, featuring some of the world's leaders in business, finance and politics. Speakers include Tony Blair, former Prime Minister of Great Britain and Northern Ireland; Paul Volcker, former chairman of the Federal Reserve; Ken Griffin, chief executive officer of Citadel Investment Group; and Burton Malkiel, professor of economics at Princeton University. The conference will take place September 15-17, 2008, at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort in Naples, Florida.
The invitation-only conference will include discussions on topics such as the following:
