CME Hosts Press Briefing to Announce Signing of Memorandum of Understanding With CFETS
WHAT: Leaders of Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc. (CME) and China Foreign Exchange Trade System (CFETS) to conduct press briefing to announce signing of memorandum of understanding between the two organizations. CME is the largest futures exchange in the United States and the leading world exchange in the development of global financial derivatives markets. CME also is the largest regulated marketplace for trading of foreign exchange. CFETS is the only official foreign exchange and interbank money market in China, founded in 1994 as a subsidiary of the People's Bank of China (PBC, the Central Bank).
