Ms. Cook has served as a member of our board since 2015 and has been a member of CME since 1983, starting her career in 1978 as a runner for Clayton Brokerage Inc.

Ms. Cook has been a member of CME since 1983, starting her career in 1978 as a runner for Clayton Brokerage Inc. She is a member of the board’s compensation and audit committees. Ms. Cook actively participates as co-chair of the CME arbitration and floor conduct committees and serves on the board of the CME Gratuity Fund. In addition, she serves on CME’s membership and business conduct committees and continues her involvements as a CME political action committee member. Ms. Cook is the founder and owner of MiCat Group LLC, a firm specializing in option execution services focusing on equities, FX and interest rates. She also serves as president of Lucky Star LLC, a commercial property management company. Ms. Cook is also on the board of Women in Listed Derivatives and Associated Colleges of Illinois. Her external activities include NACD Governance Fellow and completion of its Director Professionalism course, member of Business Executives for National Security, Ambassador of the Navy Seal Foundation, Ambassador for The ALS Association Greater Chicago Chapter and an active supporter of Honor Flight Chicago. Ms. Cook has participated in numerous risk and audit educational programs and as a long-time market participant has significant risk management experience.

    Sunil Cutinho has served as Chief Information Officer of CME Group since 2022.

    Sunil Cutinho has served as Chief Information Officer of CME Group since 2022. He previously served as President, CME Clearing and as Managing Director, Clearing Operations & Systems. In these roles, he was responsible for collaborating with the company's clearing members and customers to develop clearing solutions for listed and OTC derivatives, including credit, interest rates and foreign exchange. Prior to joining CME Clearing, Cutinho served as a Director of Enterprise Architecture in the Technology Division. Prior to joining the company in 2002, Cutinho gained more than 14 years of technology experience including various positions at CNA Insurance, Proxicom, VISA International and GDS.

      Julie Winkler has served as Chief Commercial Officer of CME Group since 2016.

      Julie Winkler has served as Chief Commercial Officer of CME Group since 2016. She leads the company's sales, product marketing, research and product development, data analytics, and innovation lab functions, as well as the data services business line. Previously, she served as Senior Managing Director, Research, Product Development and Index Services of CME Group since 2014 and as Managing Director, Research and Product Development since 2007. Winkler joined the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) as a Staff Investigator in the Office of Investigations and Audits, and in 1998, she joined the Business Development area as an Economist in the Research and Strategic Analysis group. She was promoted to Managing Director, Business Development in 2004. She also served as Vice President, Business Development, where she had management responsibility for the growth and development of the Financial Product Research and Development, Market Data Products and Services, Training and Education, Corporate Strategy and Business Development Administration areas. Winkler holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration in finance from Valparaiso University and an MBA in finance and derivatives markets with highest honors from Loyola University. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC, Valparaiso University and Women in Derivatives. She is also a Revenue 50 member within the World 50 network.

        Sean Tully has served as Senior Managing Director, Global Head of Rates & OTC Products for CME Group since 2022.

        Sean Tully has served as Senior Managing Director, Global Head of Rates & OTC Products for CME Group since 2022. He is responsible for leading the development, execution and management of the company’s interest rate, cash and OTC products portfolio. Previously he served as Senior Managing Director, Financial and OTC Products of CME Group since 2014. Before joining CME Group in 2012, Tully most recently served as Managing Director, Global Head of Fixed Income Trading at WestLB in London. During his tenure at WestLB, he held roles of increasing responsibility including Managing Director, Regional Head of Derivatives, Americas and Managing Director, Global Head of Rates, Emerging Markets and Credit Trading in London. He also traded interest rate derivatives at Citibank and Greenwich Capital, running the global team in the USD interest rate swaps at Citi, and as a proprietary trader at Greenwich Capital.

          John W. Pietrowicz has served as Chief Financial Officer of CME Group since January 2015.

          John W. Pietrowicz has served as Chief Financial Officer of CME Group since January 2015. His responsibilities include oversight of the company's corporate finance, accounting, investor relations, treasury, real estate and procurement functions. Before assuming his current role, he served as Senior Managing Director, Corporate Development and Finance, where he had day-to-day oversight of and responsibility for identifying, negotiating, financing and managing ongoing investments in new business opportunities. He also served as Managing Director, Corporate Finance and Deputy Chief Financial Officer since joining the company in 2003. Prior to joining the company, he served as Chief Financial Officer for The Merchants' Exchange, an electronic commodities exchange based in Chicago. He also held financial leadership positions for Ameritech.

            Derek Sammann serves as CME Group's Senior Managing Director, Global Head of Commodities, Options & International Markets.

            Derek Sammann serves as CME Group's Senior Managing Director, Global Head of Commodities, Options & International Markets. He is responsible for leading the development, execution and management of CME Group's global Commodities portfolio, including the Energy, Metals and Agricultural business lines. He also globally leads the company's cross-asset class Options business and its growth strategy across international markets. Prior to assuming his current role, Sammann served as Senior Managing Director, Global Head of Commodities & Options Products since 2014. Since joining CME Group in September 2006, Sammann also has served as Senior Managing Director of Interest Rates and FX Products, and as Managing Director, Global Head of Foreign Exchange. Prior to joining CME Group, Sammann acquired more than 16 years of sell-side trading experience in the global FX market, including serving as Managing Director, Global Head of FX Options and Structured Products at Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank in London. He also held senior level positions with Crédit Agricole Indosuez in London, Banque Indosuez in Paris and Cooper, Neff & Associates in Chicago. Sammann serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the following entities: the Dubai Mercantile Exchange, the COMEX Board of Governors and the Commodities Markets Council, where he also serves as Treasurer. Sammann also serves on the Shanghai Gold Exchange’s International Advisory Board, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission's Energy and Environmental Markets Advisory Committee and the Security Traders Association’s Listed Options Committee. He holds bachelor's degrees in both economics and political science from Northwestern University.

            Mr. Bitsberger has served as a member of our board since 2008.

            Mr. Bitsberger served as Managing Director and Portfolio Specialist on the Account Management Team at The TCW Group from March 2017 to February 2021, where he was responsible for communicating investment strategies, performance and outlook to clients. Previously, he served as Managing Director, Official Institutions FIG Coverage Group of BNP PNA, a subsidiary of BNP Paribas, from December 2010 to November 2015, as a senior consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton from May 2010 to November 2010 and was with BancAccess Financial from December 2009 to April 2010. He also served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Freddie Mac from 2006 to 2008. Mr. Bitsberger also was with the U.S. Treasury Department from 2001 to 2005, serving first as their Deputy Assistant Secretary for federal finance and as the Assistant Secretary for financial markets. He was confirmed by the U.S. Senate as the Assistant Secretary in 2004.
