Julie Holzrichter has served as Chief Operating Officer of CME Group since 2014. She is responsible for leading the company’s global operations and clearing and post-trade services divisions. She oversees CME Group's Market Operations including the Global Command Center, which is the first point of contact for customers using CME Group's Globex electronic production systems. She also leads CME Group's Trading Floor Operations, Global Market Solutions and Services, Data Centers and Critical Infrastructure, Global Security, and Business Continuity and Crisis Management functions. Over the course of her more than 25 years with the company, Holzrichter has held a variety of positions with increasing levels of responsibility including Senior Managing Director, Global Operations and Managing Director, CME Globex Services and Technology Integration.

Hilda Harris Piell has served as Chief Human Resources Officer of CME Group since August 2007. Previously she served as Managing Director and Senior Associate General Counsel, as Director and Associate General Counsel and as Associate Director and Assistant General Counsel since 2000.

Mr. Carey served as our Vice Chairman from 2007 to 2010 in connection with our merger with CBOT Holdings, Inc. Prior to our merger, Mr. Carey served as Chairman of CBOT since 2003, as Vice Chairman from 2000 to 2002, as First Vice Chairman during 1993 and 1994 and as a board member of CBOT from 1997 to 1999 and from 1990 to 1992. Mr. Carey is a principal in HC Technologies LLC. He has been a member of CBOT since 1978 and was a member of the MidAmerica Commodity Exchange from 1976 to 1978. Mr. Carey previously served on the board of CBOT Holdings, Inc. until our merger in 2007. Mr. Carey serves as Chairman of the CME Group Foundation.
