Related to Central Clearing of Credit Default Swaps and Request for Comments (Release No. 34-59578; File No. S7-06-09) (the "Order"). Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CME Group Inc. ("CME Group"). CME Group Inc.'s Class A common stock is listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol "CME".
